Seemed only right to hunt out a drink with the Blellow name for us to enjoy on First Fridays. I searched and searched but couldn’t find a single one! So I made one up instead. Move over Peach Bellinis…we’ve got a new favorite in the house!

1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Galliano
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Lemon Lime Soda

Mix the Blue Curacao and Lemon Lime soda in a high ball glass. In a cocktail shaker, mix orange juice, galliano, and vodka with ice. Shake and strain on top of blue curacao mixture. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

This is a stacked drink…the bottom is blue, the top is yellow, and where they meet in the middle you have blellow! Enjoy!
